Hay un principio metafísico que dice que cualquier cosa que hagamos a alguien más, en realidad no la estamos haciendo a nosotros mismos. Este principio soporta la regla de oro "No hagas a otros". Nos olvidamos de esto y cuando lo olvidamos creamos un desequilibrio en nuestro propio Ego. Cuando calumniamos a otra persona, estamos hablando acerca del Ego. Cuando negociamos deshonestamente con alguien, estamos engañando al Ego. Cuando abusamos, descuidamos o abandonamos a otro, se lo estamos haciendo al Ego. ¿Por qué? Porque estamos conectados a la única Fuente Creativa. Esta Fuente crea una responsabilidad y una dependencia de los unos hacia los otros. En el momento que le permitimos al Ego creer que lo puede hacer sin las otras personas creamos la clase de soledad, depresión y desconección que hace que la vida no sea digna de vivirse.

There is a metaphysical principle that says whatever we do to someone else, we actually do to ourselves. This principle supports the golden rule "do unto others". We forget this and when we do, we create an imbalance in our being. When we malign another person, we are talking about the self. When we deal dishonestly with someone, we are cheating the self. When we abuse, neglect or abandon another, we are doing it ti the self. Why? Because we are connected by the one Creative Source. This Source creates a responsibility for, accountability to and dependence on one another. The moment we allow the self to believe it can do without other people we create the kind of loneliness, depression and disconection that makes life not worth living.
I am with the Source. I am one with mankind.
