Hay ocasiones cuando sentimos como si necesitáramos estar solos. Únicamente queremos alejarnos de todos y de todo, y estar solos. Algunas veces nos podemos sentir culpables o egoístas por pensar de esta manera, pero es perfectamente normal. Estar solos es la mejor cosa que podemos hacer por nosotros mismos. Estar solos significa ser un todo con el espíritu dentro de nosotros. Cuando estamos solos, tenemos una oportunidad para comunicarnos, para hablar y para ser guiados por nuestra propia fuente, el Espíritu. Estar solos significa ir a la esencia de nuestro ser. Hacer preguntas hacia adentro y obtener respuestas claras y concisas. Estar solos significa tomarnos el tiempo para darnos a nosotros mismos una pequeña porción de lo que hemos estado dando de nosotros por tanto tiempo. Es como beber de la fuente de restauración para traer de nuevo nuesra salud física, mental y espiritual. Así que sigamos adelante. Digámosles todo y no nos sintamos mal acerca de ello. "Quiero estar solo".

There are times when we all feel as if we need to be alone. We just want to get away from everyone and everything and be alone. Sometimes we may feel guilty or selfish for thinking this way, but it is perfectly normal. To be alone is the best thing we can do for ourselves. To be alone means to be all one with the spirit within. When we are alone, we have an opportunity to get in touch with, to talk and be guided by our power source, Spirit. To be alone means going to the essence of our being. We ask questions within and get clear, concise answers. To be alone means taking the time to give to ourselves a small portion of what we have been giving of ourselves for so long. It is like drinking from the fountain of restoration to bring back our physical, mental and spiritual health. So let us go ahead. Let us tell them all and Let us not feel bad about saying it: "I want to be alone".
