Hay ocasiones en nuestras vidas cuando sentimos que no hay subida ni salida. La enfermedad, la pobreza, la confusión, la soledad, la desesperación. Todas ellos nos llevan al lugar denominado "fondo de la roca". En estos tiempos podemos sentirnos débiles y vulnerables, y es fácil perder la fe en nuestra habilidad para continuar. Es exactamente en estos tiempos cuando debemos acudir al infinito poder dentro de nosotros. Debemos saber que la respuesta está exactamente donde estamos. Nosotros somos la fortaleza que necesitamos,la respuesta que deseamos, la solución que transformará la situación. Si podemos hacer a un lado la cólera, el miedo, la debilidad y la desesperación siquiera por un minuto, nos acordaremos de los "otros tiempos" cuando estuvimos en el fondo y de como, en un momento, milagrosamente fuimos levantados.

There are times in our lives when we feel there is no way up or out. Illness, poverty, confusion, loneliness, desperation. They take us to the pklace called "rock bottom". In these times we may feel weak and vulnerable, and it is easy to lose faith in our ability to go on. It is exactly in these times when we must turn to the infinite power within ourselves. We must know that the answer is exactly where we are. The strength we need, the answer we want, the solution that will turn the situation around is us. If we can put aside the anger, fear, weakness and desperation for just a minute we will remember the 'other times" we were at the bottom and how, in a moment, miraculously we were lifted up.
"There is no spot where God is not".
