Ya sea en los negocios o en las relaciones personales, lo que hace tan difícil trabajar unidos es la necesidad individual de tener la razón y de hacer las cosas a nuestra manera. Tan pronto como tenemos una posición que mantener no nos podemos reunir o trabajar juntos. Si no estamos dispuestos a doblegarnos, de algún modo llegamos a la vía. Tenemos que ser claros acerca de lo que estamos haciendo, por qué lo estamos haciendo y con quién estamos trabajando. Únicamente con un examen honesto de nuestro intento y motivos nos podemos rendir a cual proceso de trabajo o de amor. Si entramos en cualquier acuerdo colectivo por metas personales y con basura mental solamente, ponemos en peligro la estabilidad del grupo a causa de nuestro deshonesto principio. Si nos reunimos con honestidad y trabajamos juntos con claridad, podemos permanecer unidos con respeto y alcanzar cualquier meta exitosamente.

Whether in business or personal relationships, what makes working together so difficult is the individual need to be right and to have things our way. As long as we have a position to hold on to we cannot come together ro work together. If we are not willing to bend, we will somehow get in the way. We must get clear about what we are doing, why we are doing it and who we are working with. Only with an honest examination of our motives and intent can we surrender to any working or loving process. If we enter any collective agreement for only personal goals and with mental garbage, the stability of the group is jeopardized by our dishonest foundation. If we come together in honesty, work together in clarity, we can stay together with respect and meet any goal successfully.
