Nuestro cuerpo es 96 por ciento agua. Al igual que el océano, somos un misterio de tesoros enterrados.. Mientras más profundo estemos dispuestos a llegar, más grandes son los tesores que hallaremos.. El único equipo que necesitamos es nuestra mente. Mientras más aguda sea nuestra mente, más grandes serán las profundidades que nos serán reveladas. Nunca le permitamos a alguien o a algo limitar nuestra mente a causa de nuestra raza, de nuestro color, o de de nuestro género de expresión, puesto que la mente alimenta nuestras emociones. Las emociones de nuestro corazón mantendrán nuestros sueños a flote.. Si lo podemos sentir, el mundo debe revelarlo. Cuando tomamos el tiempo para respirar conscientemente, inmovilizando el movimiento de la mente, podemos darnos una zambullida dentro de las fuentes más profundas de nuestra alma. Démosnos una zambullida dentro de nosotros mismos para hallar la alegría, la fortaleza, la paz, la libertad y el amor que pudiéramos estar buscando en las playas de la vida.

Our body is 96 percent water. Like the ocean, we are a mystery of buried treasures. The deeper we are willing to go, the greater are the treasures we will find. Our mind is the only equipment we need. The sharper our mind, the greater the depths that will be revealed to us. Let us never allow anyone or anything to limit our mind because of our race, color or gender expression, since our mind feeds our emotions. The emotions of ourt heart will keep our dreams afloat. If we can feel it, the world must reveal it. When we take time to breath consciously, stilling the motion of the mind, we can take a plunge into the deepest resources of our soul. Let us take a plunge within ourselves to find the joy, strength, peace, freedom and love we may be seeking in the shores of life,
"I look within the ocean of self to find the treasures of life".
