Toda vez que abrimos nuestras bocas liberamos una energía muy poderosa. Si pudiéramos retener esa energía. Si se pudiera usar para alimentar nuestros sueños, sanar nuestros cuerpos y lubricar nuestras mentes. Pero siempre tenemos tanto para decir. Hablar nos puede sacar del carril, nos puede desprender de nuestro centro y matar nuestros sueños cuando hablamos insensatamente. Hablar es algo que debemos aprender a usar, no es algo que debemos hacer siempre. Hay un poder en el silencio que le comunica energía a la mente, al cuerpo y al alma. Pensemos acerce del sol, la luna y las estrellas. Todos ellos parecen silenciosos y nunca fallan en su trabajo. Hay sabiduría en el silencio. Pensemos acerca de las montañas y de los árboles. Ellos nunca tienen algo que decir, sin embargo se requiere de un gran esfuerzo para derribarlos. Hay amor en el silencio. Pensemos acerca del vientre. Un tiempo perfecto, un orden y una terminación que se realizan en silencio total.. El silencio es un arte, un instrumento del sabio. Cuando perfeccionamos el arte del silencio, hay oportunidades de que lograremos hacer mucho más.

Every time we open our mouths we release a powerful energy. If we could learn to hold on to that energy, it could be used to nurture our dreams, heal our bodies and fuel our minds. But we always have so much to say. Talking can take us off the track, knock us off our center and kill off our dreams when we speak mindlessly. Talking is something we must learn to use, not something we must always do. There is a power in silence that energizes de mind, body and and soul. Let us think of the sun, moon and stars. They all appear silent and never fail at their job. There is wisdom in silence. Think of the mountains and trees. They never have anything to say, yet it takes great effort to bring them down. There is love in silence. Think of the womb. Perfect timing, order and completion accomplished in total silence. Silence is an art, a tool of the wise. When we perfect the art of silence, chances are we will get a lot of more done.
